There is a degree of professional give birth and morality that should always be practiced in life curiously when it can determine ones future. Everyone has choices in life and along with those choices comes consequences. It wasnt just the friendly network profile that cost Stacy Snyder her command degree; it was an accumulation of bad choices, negative reviews and unethical conduct that justified her termination as a scholar instructor and lead to the impairment of her degree.
It is true that Stacy Snyder was young and in her learn phase as a high school student teacher, but as a student employee with negative commerce reviews, she should call for made the necessary changes to conform to the standards set forrad by her supervisor that would have secured her chosen career future. kinda she continued to rebel against, and challenge, those authorities with her attitude and MySpace posts. One thought-provoking statement stated, I dont think they would stoep that low as to mess with my future (Snyder, 2012, p.536). This clearly shows insubordination and a lack of respect.



Snyders captioned drunken pirate word-painting post which made reference to her supervising teacher was actual evidence and the final straw that set the wheels in exploit to get her fired from her student teaching position and the loss of her degree.
Snyder could have avoided the issues found on her MySpace page had she chosen to trim back public access to her posted information. The privateness controls provided by her social network, if set to private, would have only allowed her friends to view her information and would have eliminated access by her supervisor and university administrators. Instead she chose to set her privacy settings to public which allowed anyone to view her posts. Had the site been restricted her posts would have neer been an issue.
