Affirmative Action attempts to level the field for minorities, yet is discriminative in its nature, and discourages people from working to their nearest potential as quotas needed to be filled, which is the tooshie for my firm belief that affirmatory action is a governmental downfall in our society.

        Statistics clearly show differences between minorities number education level, average income level, and average employment rate when compared with that of the majority.
